Reference Letters - Furniture

Dear Jesse,

I want to express my gratitude on my furniture. I know it is not common for people to be emotionally attached to furniture, but I am. I have designed these pieces myself and found someone to hand make them (this was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me to do this). Therefore, they are one of a kind and really precious to me. When they were damaged during our move, I was really sad as I thought I will never be able to fix the pieces and bring then to their original state.

I am so happy I trusted JC Wood with my furniture! I might actually say the pieces look better now than before. Thank you!

To be honest, in the process of completely remodeling our house, I really got tired and weary of dealing with contractors, but JC Wood totally turned that feeling around. Very important to mention is the courtesy and professionalism of the people at JC Wood I got in contact with – From when Andrew came to give me a quote, thru the ladies in the office, to the very nice gentleman who came to pick-up and deliver the furniture. At the end, all I want to say is that you are definitely my people for fine woodworking, and I will definitely recommend JC Wood to everyone I know!

To Whom It May Concern:

I had my bedroom set since 1957 and it needed to be refinished and redone completely. I didn’t want a new set because I love the style of mine.

Because of all the changed I made, I just couldn’t imagine how it would look. I was hoping that after the changes I wouldn’t be disappointed. Well, words can’t describe how I felt when I looked at the new refinished work of beauty. It was far beyond my expectations. The workmanship of all the fine details was remarkable. I looked over and over and didn’t find one imperfection.

I THANK ALL THE FURNITURE TECHNICIANS FOR THE AMAZING JOB THEY DID!!!!!

I also thought that Linda Hadden and Jesse, and Linda Sutter (which I only spoke to once), were so pleasant, and always kept me up to date with changes and returned my calls promptly with all information I needed, etc. And Andrew was pleasant, prompt, and so helpful, also reassured me that their furniture technicians did excellent work.

My over all opinion of your company is superior and would rate you as an 11. I would recommend you to anyone!
