On August 19^th we had a color restoration done on our front exterior door. The procedure was done by Alex. We are pleased to tell you that Alex did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. He explained each step of the process with us, was professional in manner, courteous, and efficient. When he finished with the door, he cleaned the work areas thoroughly.

Several neighbors have already commented on how good our door now looks. It looks as good as new.

Dear Linda and Jim,

I just felt compelled to write you and let you know how please I am with the work done by Alex Jimenez in our home today. What quality and craftsmanship. He was so courteous and helpful. It is rare to be awestruck by craftsmanship but we were. You both should take great pride in your employees and the outstanding quality you provide. I have never seen anything like it. Dear Linda,

Alex came this morning and restored our antique mantelpiece that was badly damaged from water damage.

To tell you that we are very pleased with the result is an understatement. What can I say? It looks GORGEOUS!!! I can't stop going into the kitchen just to stare at it. Thank you a million times!

Also, what a pleasure to have a man like Alex in our home. He is a sweet man as well as a true professional. He is such a perfect representative of your fine company. In addition, Alex's helper was a very nice, gracious young man.

Last but not least, Linda, thank you for all you did to prepare us in advance for the restoration-your personal visit and your phone calls to reassure us and to confirm arrangements.

By the way, after Alex was through with the mantel, I reminded him of the slight damage to one of our cabinets over the sink, and he already had that on his work sheet to do next. He knew exactly what to do. Incidentally, Linda, if it hadn't been for your close scrutiny of our entire kitchen, I doubt that my husband or I would have caught that discoloration in the wood due to the water damage. You certainly have an eagle eye.

In closing, thanks for everything! I'll recommend J.C. Wood to the whole world!!!
