I just wanted to drop you a note to say that I couldn't be happier with the results of my piano! The woodwork is just beautiful and the sound and feel of it is the same as always. It is clear that your team took great care of it while at your facility. It really is almost as if the piano itself is standing tall and proud of its new self.
